Shipping policy

Products available on our website can be delivered worldwide.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
We only ship after confirming that the product is in stock and that payment has been successfully processed. Shipments are handled by HOIKO partner companies, including CTT, CTT Expresso, NACEX, DHL Express, DHL Ecommerce, and others, which deliver to your location through their nearest offices. You can consult these companies' websites for more details on the services available in your country and to actively track your shipment.

Orders in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain are delivered in approximately 2 to 5 business days using NACEX and CTT Expresso services. For other destinations, delivery times can vary between 3 and 10 days, depending on the destination country.

However, circumstances beyond our control may arise, such as "Force Majeure" situations (e.g., extreme weather conditions, logistical issues, strikes, etc.), which may delay or prevent delivery on the scheduled date.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any import and customs fees. HOIKO declares the value of the products on customs documentation for faster clearance, but is not responsible for delays due to customs processing times.
