Refund policy

If you wish to return a product, you have the right to do so without penalty within 14 days from the day after you receive the product or delivery to a third party you designate, other than the carrier.

This right does not apply to personalized products made to the customer's specifications.

To exercise this right, you must clearly communicate your decision to HOIKO through one of the following contacts:

If you prefer, you can fill out the cancellation form available on the website or send a message with your decision. After receiving your notification, HOIKO will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Returns must be made by sending the product back to the company's headquarters in its original packaging, in good condition, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

HOIKO will refund the amount paid for the product without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days after becoming aware of your decision to cancel. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, or via gift cards.
